Thanks for choosing Arvid's Woods to participate with your project. Below are the guidelines by which we do business. If you ever have any questions or concerns please contact us. The illustrations throughout this website and our catalog are provided to help you choose the products you need. The illustrations are not always to scale. The design of some products may vary with size. Free samples are available for many moulding profiles.
Business hours are from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and
10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday {PST}. We are closed on Sunday.

Orders are usually shipped in two to three weeks. Shipment is made by UPS or economy air freight unless otherwise specified. Shipping arrangements must be made when the order is placed.
You will be contacted when your order is ready for shipment. An estimate of shipping costs can be provided at that time.

A price guideline is included with the catalog. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify pricing when you place your order.
The pricing guideline does not consider manufacturing difficulty; therefore actual prices may vary slightly. A minimum order of $50 is required for most items.
Prices do not include pre-finishing of the product. Price disputes will be handled promptly. "Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the contract or any breach thereof, shall be settled in accordance with the arbitration tribunal of the Better Business Bureau of Seattle."
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards are welcome. On all credit card orders the account number, expiration date, mailing address, and phone numbers are required. Phone credit card orders may require written verification with a signature. Certified checks and money orders are preferred if payment is sent. Personal checks are welcome, but they may delay delivery.
Orders are usually accepted on a C.O.D. basis.
Commercial accounts are available. A comprehensive credit history is required. Allow two weeks for the establishment of an account.
A 50% deposit is required before manufacturing will begin.
Arvid's Woods buys only high quality raw materials. High quality materials, combined with the care taken in manufacturing, results in high quality products.
If you are not satisfied with our product, please call immediately. All orders are checked for quality. If you receive a defective product, it can be returned for replacement. Please remember that shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Check orders carefully for shipping damage in the presence of the carrier.
Arvid's Woods stocks over 400 moulding profiles. If you order a product that is not in stock, your order will be ready approximately two weeks from the date the deposit is received. Allow three weeks for reproductions and four weeks for custom orders.
Expedited service is available at an additional charge. A $50 up-charge per item expedited, plus a ten percent surcharge, will guarantee a five day turn-around.
A 15% restocking charge will be made for stocked items. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days. All returned items must be unaltered and in good condition.
Unstocked items, reproductions, and custom products cannot be returned. On stocked products, quantities in excess of normally stocked quantities cannot be returned.
Arvid's Woods reproduces moulding profiles to customer specifications. Send a sample or a scale drawing of the moulding you want made.
Reproduction costs are based on the size of the moulding and the number of knives required to make it.
Knives cost $10 per knife inch with a minimum of $65 per knife. Mouldings usually required one or two knives.
Arvid's Woods also manufactures fireplace mantles, pediments, corbels, screen doors, and many other products. We would appreciate the opportunity to replicate or create products unavailable through other sources.
